Lendsqr is making sure that Nigerians assess loans at the time of their need by helping lenders reach these borrowers at scale. Our LaaS (lending-as-Service) provides lenders with cloud technology, data, and native integrations that help lenders lend securely, cost effectively, sustainably and ethically. We also provide the expertise required for navigating the required technology and uniquely designed solutions suited to lenders’ needs.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Account Manager

Job Description
- The Lendsqr Ideal Account manager will be responsible for developing and leveraging on long-term relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client’s engagement and portfolio management.
- Lendsqr is currently establishing itself in various countries. However, at the moment, whilst we work remotely, we are only able to hire employee residents in Nigeria to ensure effective employee management.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of a 2:1 Degree in Engineering, Business management, or any other relevant field
- 1 to 2 years of work experience as a product manager, product specialist, sales associate, customer support rep, or any other associated field.
- Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.
