Seal Energy Investment Company Limited - Long established oil, gas and construction company that has a large pipeline of work requires experienced Accounts Officers for employment. The company predominantly participates in the oil and gas, energy, and construction sectors undertaking engineering, procurement, and construction activities across the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of PO’s and other invoices
• Assist in posting invoices and other expenses to Quickbooks, billing system, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Assist in reconciling the general operating account and payroll bank statements and enter the cash journals into General Ledger.
• Assist in preparing various financial documents for compliance with regulations.
• Assist in the final preparation of Payroll  
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Assist in the preparation of the Financial Report
• Assist in preparation of PAYE/PENSION and other remittances monthly
• Assist in maintaining best fixed asset system, which includes preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger to fixed assets system, and preparation of depreciation schedules for budgeting purposes.

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
