Grenigas Limited was established in 1967 and operates filling plants, bottling and distribution of LPGas Butane throughout Nigeria. The oldest indigenous and independent LPG Bottling Plant Operator in Nigeria. GRENIGAS' activities are driven by commitment to the provision of excellent service delivery, steady product availability and affordability. GRENIGAS is a member of the LPGas Off-Takers Club with volumes in metric tonns of LPGas for Nigeria's Upstream and Downstream markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial. agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 10 years of work experience.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS.
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 monthly.
