IBIC Investment Holdings, We are an investment firm with primary engagement in real estate development & brokerage, cryptocurrency investment & exchange. Our interests also cut across farming (poultry, piggery, plantation, snail & fish farming), logistics & haulage as well as cleaning & fumigation services.

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.
• Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

Financial Record Management:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and other documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Generate financial reports for management review and decision-making.

Compliance and Regulation:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings on time.
• Liaise with auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and banking activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Cost Control and Analysis:

• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Internal Controls:

• Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2-4 years of Proven Work Experience.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
