As a result of rapid expansion, the company requires the services of competent, resourceful and result oriented individuals to fill the following vacancies:

Job title: Professional Architects

Location: Lagos

Qualification:

- Minimum of M.Sc Architecture or its equivalent.

- Architect with a 8years  and above relevant working experience.

- Must be registered with an NIA & ARCON

Age Limit: 25-38

Gender: Preferably Male

Responsibility/Experience

i. Minimum of 8years post qualification experience with verifiable experience in residency services especially in residential estate developments or other large scale development.

ii. Experience in site Administration and Project management.

iii. Experience in Schedule Management, Risk Management & Cost Control.

iv. Excellent communication skills

v. Quality assurance and Quality Control skills.

vi. HSE Management Skills

vii. Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD as well as Project management software.

viii. Self starter, result oriented, ability and zeal to work long hours with minimal supervision.
