Description 

  • We seek a dynamic and innovative Assistant General Manager for Growth & Strategy to join our organization.
  • As a key member of the leadership team, the ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional strategic thinking skills, and a proven track record of driving company growth and profitability.
  • The Assistant General Manager for Growth & Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies that drive the organization's long-term growth and profitability goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new market opportunities, and assess market trends, competitors' strategies, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and articulate the company's overall growth strategy, ensuring department alignment.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential disruptions and adjust growth strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze and assess the financial viability and risk of new growth initiatives, and provide recommendations.
  • Drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, including product innovation, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base and develop strategies to expand market share.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives, and provide regular updates to the executive team.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of growth-oriented thinking and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business development, and/or corporate strategy roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, resulting in increased market share, revenue, and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies and concepts to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a forward-thinking mindset and a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement and achieving goals
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector is an advantage.
