Job Position: Branch Manager (Point of Presence - POP)

About the Role

• Luli Fibre is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations at our Point of Presence (POP).
• The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and motivate a team toward achieving measurable business results.
• This role requires strong business acumen, hands-on leadership, and the ability to deliver on growth and performance targets within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Oversee the daily operations of the POP, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through excellent service standards.
• Supervise and motivate team members to meet individual and departmental goals.
• Monitor staff performance, identify training needs, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports to senior management.
• Manage resources effectively, including staffing, logistics, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and resolve operational or service-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, enforce accountability, and maintain discipline within the team.
• Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven managerial experience in operations, business development, or a similar leadership role.
• Professional certification in management or business administration is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a hands-on approach to managing people and resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and management tools.
• Experience in the telecommunications or broadband sector is highly desirable.
• Must be available to resume immediately.

Salary
N250,000 / month.
