Complete Parking Services (CPS) Limited the leading professional parking company in the nation. We are also Independent Parking Advisors to companies and organizations who own, manage, control or operate off-street car parks. We also provide car parks viability assessments to government authorities and private sectors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Creates, implements and measures a marketing plan to generate new business leads outside of the Company
• Prospects and networks to develop new long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, focusing on the promotion on the company’s products and services through a consultative selling approach.
• Increases market presence by consistently and effectively networking within the community and maintains favorable community image.
• Assists the marketing department with advertising materials/ campaigns for business development functions.
• Comprehends and adheres to all company-wide and department-specific policies and procedures.
• Performs related and unrelated duties as may be required

Responsibilities

• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Must possess strong sales and service skills and with demonstrated success in generating new business leads and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships within centers of influence, and to partner with management team to develop new sales programs and marketing strategies.
• Ability to maintain and foster positive relationships with our clients
• Possess in-depth knowledge and the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must possess at least intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments, identify obstacles and develop solutions to maximize these opportunities.
• Manage a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
