Greenbox Logistics Express Limited is a foremost Logistics company in Nigeria with its head office in Abuja. We seek to employ suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below for our Lagos office:

Job Position: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and management of Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation and customer services.
• Source for new businesses and ensure that existing clients are retained.
• Liaise and negotiate with clients on behalf of the company.
• Keeping track of quality, delivery times, transport and efficiency.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Supervise, coach and train logistics workforce etc.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should be HND/B.Sc holders in relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in the Logistics industry
• Experience in both international/domestic courier industries is important.
• Strong Organizational skills together with the ability to multi-task are essential.
• You must be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation relating to operations management.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, together with strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• You must be able to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.
• An Operations Manager must have excellent written and numeracy skills.
• You must have competent IT skills and be aware and able to operate industry standard software used in Operations Management within the Courier industry.

• Candidates should reside around Gbagada, Oshodi, Bariga, Shomolu, Isolo area.
