Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• This role provides sales support to the Head, Business Development on the development and implementation of product marketing strategies and relationship management efforts.
• The role holder works with the team to design, develop and drive the company’s products.

Functions
In more specific terms, the Business Development Officer will perform the following functions:

• Products research and development.
• Mobilization of deposit.
• Responsible for initiating sales calls.
• Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers, wholesalers, medium and large corporates, and high net worth individuals.
• Implementation of marketing strategies.
• Competitor research.
• Identifying potential customers and business development.
• Relationship management.
• Ensuring a profitable lending portfolio is achieved.
• Contribute to the Company’s risk assets growth.
• Preparing and delivering sales pitch to high-net-worth individuals and corporate organizations.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Sales and lead generation efforts.

Professional & Academic Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Banking, and Finance or related disciplines from any recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in a Finance Company.
• Proven experience in generating quality risk asset and deposit mobilization

Salary
N3,500,000 - N4,000,000 annually
