Pearls End Apartments is a new hospitality company in Lagos, specializing in providing exceptional short-let apartment experiences to our discerning guests. We're seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Specialist to drive business growth.

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We're looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development and Sales Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our short-let apartment accommodations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and relationship-building
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Candidates should have an HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years of work experience in business development and sales within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong network and relationships within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
