Job Position: Business IT Consultant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Business IT Consultant to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients on the effective use of IT systems and technology.
• The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and IT systems, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• IT Strategy Development*: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement IT strategies that align with their business objectives.
• IT System Implementation*: Design, implement, and integrate IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Business Process Improvement*: Analyze and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• IT Project Management*: Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management*: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT staff, and end-users.
• Risk Management*: Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business data.
• Continuous Improvement*: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve the quality and effectiveness of IT services.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field (desirable)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects and providing effective IT consulting services
• Experience working with a range of IT systems, software, and hardware.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of business operations and IT systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
• Strong technical skills, including experience with IT systems, software, and hardware
• Experience with IT project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
