We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Manager (FMCG Experience)

Job Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless coordination across production, sales, and customer service functions.
• The individual will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, managing teams, and supporting business growth to increase the company’s market share.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring end-to-end efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Work closely with the Production Team to:

• Ensure efficient production processes.
• Minimize waste and control production costs.
• Prevent product outages through proactive planning and inventory management.

Supervise and support the Sales Team to:

• Deepen existing business relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
• Identify and onboard new business prospects and retail channels.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and market penetration goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of operational and sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Maintain up-to-date records of all serviced outlets, ensuring:

• Prompt order fulfillment.
• Timely collection and remittance of payments from outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive the company’s market share growth and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree is an added advantage.)
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a managerial role, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of production processes and sales operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence and business growth.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
