Fintech Associates Limited (Fintech) is a financial and technology solutions service provider that promotes and delivers financial technology solutions in collaboration with local and international partners.

Fintech is currently looking for a highly versatile, multiskilled and result oriented individual to fill a very strategic vacant position in the organisation.

Position: Chief Financial Officer

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENT: 

Minimum of 5 Years post NYSC in related areas. Candidates with higher academic degrees and professional certifications will be preferred (ICAN/ACCA). The job may require irregular working hours and may involve frequent travels. 

RESPONSIBILITY

•  Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
• Provide the organization with a budget, trends and forecasts to determine and adapt financial strategy
• Oversee the development of financial models to guide capital investment activities
• Oversee purchasing and payroll
• Monitor banking activities of the organization
• Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the  operations
• Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive management and the Board
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Train the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters
• Assist the Director to prepare Yearly Business Plan
• Assist in the compilation of information for the Company's annual tax returns
