A top-class, leading Real Estate Developer of repute, with contemporary luxury homes in Ikoyi and Lekki areas of Lagos Island is recruiting urgently high performing, hard-working, and highly motivated individuals (male and female) to fill the position below:

Job Position: Client Service / Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Qualifications and Experiences

• Must have a first degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Previous experience, particularly in Sales and marketing of Real Estate Houses, is critical
• Digital marketing experience, though not compulsory, will be an added advantage.

Job Descriptions

• Sales of the company's properties and meeting sales targets (CORE RESPONSIBILITY)
• Following up on leads and closing sales
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and partner organizations;
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• Sourcing Advertising opportunities, and placing adverts in the press / digital media.
• Point of entry (Marketing Manager) depends on qualifications and relevant experience.

Remuneration
