Description 
Client Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.
• Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Proactively reaching out to clients to address concerns or questions.

Technical Support:

• Providing technical assistance to clients, including troubleshooting product issues and answering inquiries.
• Ensuring clients are effectively using the company's products.
• Coordinating with technical teams to resolve complex issues.

Order Processing:

• Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Tracking order status and ensuring timely delivery.
• Handling returns and exchanges as needed.

Customer Service:

• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolving customer issues to their satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Sales Support:

• Assisting with sales activities, such as providing product demonstrations and preparing proposals.
• Supporting the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Data Management:

• Maintaining accurate customer records and data.
• Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
