  • Lead selibintu cashew business 
  • Develop and secure export quality cashew  sourcing contacts 
  • Develop efficient export strategy , liase with Govt and help fulfill all govermental export requirements.
  • Develop and implement waste reduction strategy from farm gate to shipping port. 
  • Develop efficient commodity transportation strategy
  • Write agricultural development fund documents for Govt and multinational organization inclusing NGO
