We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Construction Project Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Ensure quality control and adherence to agreed project scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 2 - 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in Project Management and experience with related methodologies
• Knowledge of Inspection protocols and Logistics Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Salary
N300,000 / month.
