Job Position: Graduate Trainee (Finance / Operations)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee in the Finance/Operations department.
• The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including financial analysis, data entry and management, assisting in budgeting and financial planning, and supporting the operations team in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of post NYSC experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data entry and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or knowledge in the financial services industry is a plus.
