Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Care Personnel with Digital Marketing skills to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support, while also implementing digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute engaging campaigns and promotions.
• The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer service principles, and excellent communication skills.
• Manage customer complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to engage and retain customers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements
