Job Position: Customer Care Representative / Public Relation Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Responsible for clearing of product for customers at their request.
• Ability to use social media, to create effective responses and feedbacks from customers.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should have OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
• Previous working experience in any administrative roles will be an advantage, fresh graduate will be consider.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to sustain long time relationships and trust with customer accounts through Interpersonal communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
