Job Position: Customer Relationship officer

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting with property inquiries, negotiating and closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of various properties
• Negotiate and close sales deals with potential buyers
• Assist clients with financing and other property-related services
• Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 3 years of experience
• Proven experience in customer service or sales role, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Real estate experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
