Eatrite Food Services West Africa Limited, owners of Eatrite and Herfy franchises in Nigeria, is a food services company that owns chains of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) within Abuja and Kano.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Associate

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including holding cabinets, counter, microwave, drinks chiller, etc
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Process customer payments and handle cash, transfer and POS transactions.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established procedures.
• Pack orders appropriately to ensure that customers receive their items in good, safe and healthy condition.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Upsell and promote special offers or new menu items to customers.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any of the Arts and Social Sciences
• Young graduates with maximum 2 years of post NYSC experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Must be Female
• Must reside in Abuja
• Must be vibrant, exciting, enthusiastic and passionate about sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / month.
