Job Position: Customer Service Executive
Job Location: Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos

Description 

• Create outstanding customer service by developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction.
• The interface between the school and parents.
• Handle inquiries and follow through with prospective parents.
• Handling customer complaints and building up a feedback system
• Build trusting relationships with learners, parents, and other staff
• Manage the communication flow between the parents and the school

Requirements

• HND / BSc / BA in any Social Sciences
• Previous experience as a customer service executive in a corporate environment.
• A high degree of competency in ICT
• Excellent written, Oral communication and exceptional organizational skill
• A patient and resilient personality
• Self-driven and self-motivated personality
• Experience in a school setting will be an added advantage
• Strong commitment for professional development.
