Job Description

• Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer with a minimum of one year experience, who is ready to go the extra mile to deliver timely and exceptional service.

Job Duties
You’ll be great if

• You understand the impact of job role in the overall client experience.
• You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• You call prospective clients to explain available service and guide them through the company’s service delivery process.
• You answer clients’ questions via phone calls or email enquiries.
• You maintained good communication and working relationships with clients and co-workers.
• You collaborate with team members to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Present ideas for improving customer care and make recommendations to improve the client's experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND with at least 1+ years of experience working in related role
• Sound knowledge of exceptional service strategies and customer satisfaction
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Be self-assured and purpose driven.

Skills Required:

• Client first attitude
• Good communications and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

What's on Offer

• Salary Range: N80,000 - N150,000 per month
• Secure permanent role and flexible hours
