We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Attend to Customers enquiries online,instore and convert it to sale
• Create and post engaging content on the social media pages
• Cross selling and upwelling skills
• Follow up on enquiries, get feedbacks.

Requirements

• OND qualification with 2 - 3 years of experience.
• Must have at least one year
• working experience in a retail store or supermarket
• Good use and command of English
• Warm, jovial, innovative, team worker, good communication skills and great self confidence
• Smart, focused and fast learner with intergrity
• Must be able to multitask, social media savvy,computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to work on Saturday and some public holidays.
• No students, corpers
• Male or Female between 23-35 years.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.

• Plus transportation allowance - N10,000.
