Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to help clients find their perfect property.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information on available listings.
• Attend networking events and open houses to promote properties and services.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.

Qualifications

• BSc or HND in any relevant field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
