Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Island / Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in our branch in Lagos who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
• Keep records of customer interactions.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum of an HND, BSc qualification
• Customer service experience or Administrative experience
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary
Monthly income range of N100,000 - N120,000.
