Role Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, with the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data to create actionable BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Statistical analysis on data
- Continuously monitor business performance and compare against industry benchmarks. Make recommendations based on findings.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and implement data queries and extract information from databases.
- Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and suggest strategies to enhance business operations.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of systems, processes, and strategies through data analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and review of business forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Must have at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data visualization best practices.
- Experience with data cleaning and transformation, as well as working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of database management and query languages (e.g., SQL).
