Role Overview

• We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketer/Social Media Content Creator to manage our online presence, develop creative marketing campaigns, and engage with our growing audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (text, images, video) for social media
• Plan and implement social media marketing campaigns.
• Analyze marketing data to gauge the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring SEO optimization.
• Collaborate with the training and consultancy teams to develop content that aligns with our services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media content creation
• Up to 2 years of working in the specified role.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram etc.)
• Graphic design and video editing skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Ability to analyze digital marketing data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
