We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Dispatch Assistant

Job Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Dispatch Assistant is required to assist the delivery of these products by offloading, unloading, sorting, carrying, and transporting goods to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the environment for food stores and depots are always clean.
• Drive vehicle when necessary to ensure deliveries are safe and timely.
• Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries.
• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
• Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
• Assist dispatchers in a customer service/support capacity to ensure the completion of the delivery process.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND and an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations.
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
