Job Description


  • We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Officer to join our team.
  • The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner: Acts as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulations.
  • Financial Management: Assists in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring sound financial decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates potential risks, implementing measures to protect the organization's assets.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinates logistics, procurement, and distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Leadership Support: Provides administrative support to the executive team, preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process improvements, implementing innovative solutions to drive growth.
  • Team Management: Leads and develops a team of administrative professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Market Research: Conducts market analysis, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and government officials.
  • Crisis Management: Handles crisis situations, developing contingency plans and ensuring business continuity.
  • Process new hire paperwork and orientation
  • Manage employee data and records
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification, 3+ years of HR experience and Administrative Roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
