We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Executive Assistant / Human Resource Officer


Job Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Design and conduct staff training sessions on topics such as time management, self-reflection, and workplace efficiency.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Draft, review, and manage official documents, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentations, board papers, and meeting briefs.
  • Assist in strategy planning, policy implementation, and project management.
  • Support performance management processes and staff welfare initiatives.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence with discretion.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners on behalf of management.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and follow up on management directives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in corporate settings.
  • Professional certification (NIM, CIPM, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, training, and policy development skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
