What You Will Do

  • As the Executive Assistant in Migo, you would own and manage all administrative-related matters for Migo Nigeria, in addition to managing the itinerary of our Head of Distribution and CEO. You will manage the relationship with our vendors and work with the people Operations team to deliver exceptional administrative services, with a view to delivering a good experience to our employees. Being a full onsite role in Lagos, you will act as our Customer Service representative, attending to customers and answering any questions they may have about our products. You will also manage the office and ensure the timely delivery of mails to the respective individuals/department.
  • Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Provide a highly professional and wide range of executive assistance and administrative support service to the Global Head of Distribution and CEO.
  • Develop, review, and improve our administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Function as a source of information on the company's product for customers that visit our office.
  • Work with the people team on all admin-related matters, including liaising with vendors for the supply of work tools.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports when required
  • Collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems.
  • Assist with scheduling the staff meeting room; ensure meetings are well organized and catered for.
  • Ensure the office is kept clean and properly organized at all times.

We’re Looking for Someone who Has

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin Officer
  • The ability to think on their feet and great communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, good interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Strong organization and decision-making skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Inquisitive mindset with willingness and ability to learn quickly.
  • A high degree of diligence and commitment.
  • Proficient with communication tools and MS Office Suit (especially Excel and Powerpoint).
