Job Summary

  • Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication.

Scope

  • Manage the Head of School's schedule, appointments, and communication, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating communication between the Head of School, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Review and refine administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective measures when needed.
  • Offer technical support on administrative systems and tools, ensuring smooth workflow within the school.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, such as budget tracking and reporting, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Head of School and team members to enhance efficiency in school operations and special projects.
  • Maintain organized records, including confidential documents, progress reports, and sensitive information.
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the Head of School’s daily operations.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of School, adapting to changing priorities and needs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Professional certifications are a plus).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in corporate settings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization capabilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Professional demeanor and conduct in representing executive leadership.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently and independently.
  • Willingness to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

N150,000 - N170,000 per month
