Job Position: Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Plumbing Designs Includes:

• Foul drainage above and below ground
• Domestic hot & cold-water service
• Rainwater disposal
• Water treatment plant
• Sewage treatment plant
• Diesel oil piping supply and distribution system
• Swimming pool and fountain system
• Irrigation system

Fire Protection Design Includes:

• Sprinkler design
• Fire hydrant, hose reel system
• Wet and dry riser system
• Gas suppression system
• Foam suppression system
• Deluge and preaction system

Vertical Transportation Includes:

• Passenger lift (machine room and machine room-less type)
• Dumbwaiter
• Cleaning cradle

Bill of Quantities and Specification:

• For plumbing, fire protection, and vertical transportation systems

HVAC Design:

• Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system

• Cooling load calculation – HAP 4.9

Requirements

• B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering
• 6 years of working experience in an MEP engineering consulting firm
• Very good knowledge of REVIT/AUTOCAD MEP
• COREN registration
