We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facility Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Core Responsibilities


  • Providing oversight for facilities management activities, ensuring there is a maintenance plan that is adhered to and that repairs are implemented in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Defining the standards for the provision of all facility and administrative services (janitorial, catering, etc.) across all the company’s locations (including the Head Office and select executive residence(s)) ensuring the company derives optimal value from these services.
  • Develops a budget for the provision of facilities management and other necessary property management services for Management’s approval.
  • Provide periodic and ad hoc reports on the office facility while ensuring HSE standards are adhered to during daily official and operational activities.
  • Acts as contracting and purchasing focal point for corporate/support services contracts
  • Providing vendor management services for corporate/support services contracts, i.e., from registration, contracting, performance management, etc.

Qualifications / Experience

  • A First Degree in Social Sciences or any relevant field of study.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role working in a structured organization.
  • Proven experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operations and operations management
  • Sound communication (written and oral), analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations as it relates to facility and estate management
  • Demonstrated capacity in vendor, contract and procurement management
  • Proven track record in project management and relevant technology for maintaining automated processes.
