Job Position: Facility Manager

Job summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of Grade A office spaces and commercial facilities.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, effectively manage technical teams, and deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Grade A office buildings and commercial facilities, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and presentation.
  • Provide effective leadership and management of technicians and facility staff, ensuring productivity, accountability, and high service standards.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate tenants professionally.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Supervise and coordinate technicians, engineers, and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of facility issues.
  • Manage vendors and contractors, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and cost control.
  • Proactively identify risks, equipment failures, and operational gaps, implementing solutions before escalation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs.
  • Develop and enforce facility management procedures, SOPs, and service-level standards.
  • Coordinate emergency response activities and incident management.
  • Provide regular reports on facility performance, maintenance schedules, and vendor KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in commercial facility management, including Grade A office environments.
  • Proven experience leading and managing technicians and maintenance teams.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and premium corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, asset management, and maintenance planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and contract administration.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, especially with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance efficiently.
  • Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and discretion.
