Farmgistics is an agro based company, primarily involved in the production of birds for meat,Egg production , fishery and Vegatables. We seek to implore best modern farming methods to produce a healthy, edible and nutrient packed products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Farm Manager

Job Location: Owerri / Ngor Okpala, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The Farm Manager surpvises the day-to-day activities in the farm
• Ensuring that the best brooding method that gurantee optimal result is employed
• Keeping records of livestocks and financial records.
• Carrying out routine health checks and ensuring a proper vaccination scheme is in check for the livestocks.
• Setting of weekly activities, budgetary and production target
• Responsible for hiring and carrying out disciplinary actions on staffs.
• Ensure the farm is profitable and meets projected financial target.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or any other related field
• Extensive 3-6 years of experience in a chick brooding, Egg production, and other poultry related field
• Problem-solving orientated, logicaland Sophisticated reasoning
• Must have knowledge on the most effective method to prevent and control livestock disese and pest
• Ablity to budget and maintain accurate financial records and also able to work and produce result within a stipulated time
• Must be a computer literate and must have knowledge on how to use excel for financial records.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / month.
