Job Position: Female Experienced Lounge Waitress (Night Shift)

Job Location: Ajah, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and elegant Lounge Waitress to deliver top-quality customer service in a high-class nightlife environment. The ideal candidate must be confident, presentable, attentive, and skilled in providing premium service to VIP and high-profile guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain tables and lounge cleanliness throughout service.
• Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Upsell drinks and packages where necessary.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
• Work closely with the bartender and floor supervisor for smooth service flow.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a lounge or nightclub environment.
• Good command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Smart, neat, and fashionable appearance.
• Fair, slim, and presentable physical appearance (for brand image and uniform fit).
• Must be confident, polite, and able to interact with VIP clients respectfully.
• Ability to work night hours and maintain high energy throughout shift.
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and professional.
• Gender: Female/Male.

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to handle high-pressure hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of cocktail and drink menu basics.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Note that the agency is entitled to 50% of his employees first month salary.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
