EPCM portfolio expanded to incorporate an extensive stocking of pre-engineered Hydrocarbon production facility modules, plants, equipment and packages for use in deploying accelerated surface processing and utilization facilities.

Our integrated asset development solutions include exploration, appraisal and production drilling plus completion services for onshore and offshore fields. EPCM has developed capabilities in the deployment of special production and well-testing facilities such as Wellhead Platforms, Mobile Offshore Production Units, Gas Processing Facilities, Storage Facilities, and Export Pipelines.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position:  Female IT Officer

Job Location: Lakowe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• User Support
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing,and resolving software problems in the bank application
• End of Day/End of Month /End-of-year Processing
• Backup/Restore Data
• Database administration: SQL
• Monitor, order and distribute computer supplies
• Maintain Error Logs
• Manage hardware installations/Repairs (e.g. Printer, Laptop, Copier)
• Management of Security Devices
• Prepare written documents (e.g. Internal Memo, Monthly Subscription, Reports, Letters, Minutes)
• Maintain documents and files (e.g. SLAs, Receipts)
• Liaise with I.T. Vendors/Technicians/Software provider/ISP Providers
• Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems (e.g. Malware/Virus Scan)
• Troubleshooting of networking and communication Infrastructure (LAN, IP Phones etc.).

Qualification / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields. Additional qualifications would be an added advantage.
• Proven work experience with a minimum of 1 year of IT experience
• Applicants close to Ajah-Lakowe axes are at advantage.
