Caston Vienna Tutors is a homeschooling company that recruits, trains, and employs teachers to help parents of babies and toddlers homeschool their children. Homeschooling is a form of education where children are taught at home instead of attending a traditional school. Homeschooling can offer a personalized and flexible learning experience, allowing students to progress at their own pace and focus on areas of interest. We also serve parents who need after school help for their children. We are based in Port Harcourt, Rivers.

Job Position: Video Content Creator & Virtual Assistant

Description
As an educational brand, the most important part of our value chain is our Instagram account. We take pride in our video content. We need someone who can:

• Create & Captivate: Design short, sweet Instagram Reels and Stories showcasing class sessions, marketable activities, and WOW moments.
• Edit visually appealing videos optimized for mobile screens.
• Celebrate Little Wonders: Capture the “aha!” moments of early learning through photos, videos, and relatable captions.
• Nurture Our Community: Manage our WhatsApp and Instagram content calendar, respond to comments/DMs
• Attend Monday meetings.

Who We’re Looking for

• A video wizard with experience creating mobile-first content (Instagram Reels/TikTok skills are gold!).
• Someone who gets Instagram’s vibe—trend-aware, algorithm-savvy, and passionate about building connections.
• A big-hearted creative who adores babies/toddlers and understands early development milestones.
• A warm communicator whose personality shines through screens (bonus points for playful humor!).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in marketing, or copywriting
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, etc.)

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 monthly.
