We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Program Coordinator

Job Location: Lagos

Job Overview


  • The Program Coordinator at Wunika Mukan Gallery is responsible for facilitating the seamless operation of the gallery, ensuring that all activities align with the gallery's mission and objectives.
  • This role encompasses a range of administrative and communication tasks that support the gallery's programming and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilties

  • Assist in the planning and execution of exhibitions, events, and outreach programs, ensuring that all activities adhere to established timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, fostering effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, inventories, and timelines, to track progress and outcomes of various initiatives.
  • Communicate relevant updates and information to internal staff and external partners, enhancing transparency and collaboration.
  • Monitor project milestones, identifying risks and potential issues proactively to support timely resolutions.
  • Engage with various departments, fostering a cohesive approach to achieving the gallery's goals and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

2.) Social Media Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • The Social Media Manager oversee content creation, social media engagement, and media partnerships to strengthen the organization's public image.

Key Responsibilties

  • Manage the gallery's online presence across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Website and Newsletters.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points.
  • Collaboration with the team to promote openings, art fairs, workshops, VIP previews, and special programs.
  • Ensure high-quality presentation of the gallery's exhibitions and public image.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Experience with content creation, CapCut, inshot, writing, editing, storytelling.

3.) Graphic Designer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • The Graphic Designer creates visual materials that communicate the organization's brand and artistic vision.
  • They design promotional materials, digital assets, and layouts for print and online use.

Key Responsibilties

  • Design visuals for social media, exhibitions, events, and campaigns.
  • Develop branding elements, posters, brochures, and web assets. Collaborate with the media and project teams on creative concepts.
  • Ensure consistency in brand visuals across platforms.
  • Manage design files, templates, and creative archives.
  • Stay current with design trends and digital tools.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
  • Experience with Canva, Canva pro, Photoshop, Affinity, Light room and After effect.
