Job Description

• We are currently looking for friendly and energetic Sales Attendantswith passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our team.
• This person will be responsible for providing passionate, pleasant and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

• As the Sales Attendant, you will work alongside team members in ensuring customers have a wonderful experience, deliver quality service and maintaining relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints
• Ensure sales entries are correctly captured and receipts are issued to customers
• Operate the point of sale system
• Keep records of cash flow
• Work with colleagues to package & present products for display
• Clean store and maintain outstanding store ambience at all times in line with health and safety requirements
• Take daily stock of inventory and report to the store manager
• Any other tasks related to the role as assigned.

Requirements

• SSCE / OND in any discipline
• Must be computer literate, working knowledge of Point of sales software, and use of POS machines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer service oriented
• Good numeracy skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Energetic & friendly
• Preference will be given to candidates around Magodo Phase 2 and its environ

Demonstrable Skills and Competence:

• Ability to maintain a calm and polite posture in stressful situations
• Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
• High level of professionalism & integrity.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
