Job Position: Field Sales Representative

Job Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales strategies and models.
• Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness.
• Generate leads and closeout sales.
• Discover new sales opportunities.
• Evaluate customers needs.
• Build long-lasting client relationships.
• Maintain records of all sales.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Report and provide routine feedback to team lead.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE (Waec, Neco or GCE).
• Candidates should have at 1 - 3 years experience in sales.
• Smart and should have the ability to build and manage good relationships with people.
• Accountability and ability to work independently.
• Bold, outgoing and agile.
• Knowledge of different sales techniques.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player and should have good time management skill
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must be resident in Abuja, Nigeria.
