Job Overview

• The Finance Manager will be leading a team of financial professionals and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial goals and objectives.
• You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, develop and implement financial policies, and participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Manage the company's budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
NGN 500,000 per month.
