Job Summary

• The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of Koins Bank. This position involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• The Finance Officer will also manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and bank statement reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and effective communication skills.
• Ensure all bank accounts and financial records are fully reconciled monthly
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Regularly reconcile bank statements, track expenses, and update accounting software.
• Assist in preparing and managing departmental or project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to complete End-of-Month (EOM) processes accurately and on time.

Relevant Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA or ACA registration required, or willingness to register.
