Job Summary

• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the skilled mechanics and workers for the repair and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspection and diagnostic tests, identifying worn and damaged parts.
• Ensure all logbooks, requistion books and departmental records are effectively maintained to enable stock control, parts reservations and all other workshop functions operate effectively.
• Schedule, allocate and supervise assigned responsibilities daily to technicians/mechanics.
• Ensure maximum performance of technicians.
• Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems associated with engine and transmission.
• Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of spare parts to ensure conformance to factory specification.
