Fulfilment Officer (Driver)

Safi.ng is a startup Company based in Lagos, Nigeria that wants to redefine the laundry and dry cleaning industry. We understand that Lagos is a busy town and nobody like doing chores like laundry. Our goal is to take this burden off every Lagosian by providing the most convenient laundry and dry-cleaning service to our customer all from our app.
We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Fulfilment Officer (Driver)
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated drivers to join our Fulfillment Officers (Driver) fleet to pave the way for our on-demand revolution and represent the Safi.ng brand to customers. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting, fast growing company and be at the forefront of delivering great customer experiences through collections and deliveries.
• All applicants must also own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps. It is also important to have a good knowledge of Lagos roads and the best routes. From time to time, FOs (Drivers) may be required to complete other driving-related activities for Safi.ng.
• FOs (Drivers) will need to be punctual, reliable, flexible and customer-oriented. As well as having relevant driving experience, it is important that the successful candidate is a happy, passionate and committed individual who enjoys working independently and communicates well with customers.

Responsibilities

1. Daily route planning/scheduling and driving
2. Completing customer collections and deliveries
3. Communicating with Safi.ng and customers in a polite and friendly manner
4. Maintaining and updating Safi.ng driver app throughout the day

Requirements

1. Clean drivers license
2. Must pass a CRB criminal background check
3. Have good spoken and written English
4. Polite, professional and friendly manner
5. Good knowledge of Lagos desirable
6. Minimum of OND.
