Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a young and vibrant STEM–focused graduate who will be responsible for direct telemarketing operations within our business development unit.
• He/she would be expected to leverage advanced telecommunications technologies to influence clients to arrive at a purchase decision on all our products and services, thereby converting leads and driving sales for the company.

Requirements

• STEM inclined young graduate with 0 – 1 years cognate experience in telemarketing
• Engineering graduates with relevant customer relationship/telemarketing experience are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of relevant computer software and telephone systems are required
• Proven track record of driving sales through telecommunication
• Apt communication and negotiation skills
• Possession of relevant soft skills needed to be successful on the role is mandatory.
